Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR processes. The role preserves confidentiality and compliance while delivering a welcoming environment for associates in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, benefit administration, and HR reporting. Requires strong organization, communication, and discretion, with at least 6 months of office experience and a background check.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 months of office experience, preferably in a human resources role.
• Background check required.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation, brand training, company training and support benefit administration.
• Partner with HR leaders to develop recruitment strategies with local colleges, trade schools, universities, and diverse organizations.
• Analyze and improve organizational practices, including recordkeeping, forms control, office layout, and performance standards.
• Coordinate and prepare operating reports such as time and attendance, new hires, terminations, open jobs report, transfers, budget expenditures, and performance data.
• Compile, store, and retrieve management and personnel data as needed.
• Create and participate in internal colleague events.
• Administer employee recognition program.
• Provide daily support to associates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain HR office operations, supplies, and resources such as nametags and equipment.
• Human Resource Administrative duties.
• Exchange visitor Internship Program administration
• Internship Program coordination
• Other duties as assigned.
