Wischermann Partners, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and support housekeeping staff in maintaining hotel cleanliness and standards. You will inspect guest rooms, train associates, and ensure public areas meet quality levels, contributing to memorable guest experiences.

The role requires coordinating with other departments, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and upholding hotel policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a team and resolve problems with sound judgement.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, up to 100 pounds with assistance; stand and walk for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Train housekeeping associates in knowledge and skills per departmental standards.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure housekeeping standards are met.
• Ensure VIP rooms have appropriate amenities and services.
• Perform duties of housepersons, room attendants, and public area attendants as needed.
• Resolve issues in assigned area and maintain positive guest relations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas and public spaces.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate via standard procedures.
• Respond to guest complaints to maintain satisfaction.
