HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Houston property. The role directs the housekeeping team, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for guests and staff. You will lead, train, and support staff while maintaining high standards and cost controls.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory control, responding to guest requests, and enforcing safety and sanitation protocols. A strong emphasis on communication, reliability, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to move through the building and assist staff as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, address issues, and administer discipline when necessary.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, turndown, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
