Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for a hotel property in Houston. You will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to cover AM/PM shifts and weekends.

You will lead daily briefings, train staff, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the property. A customer‑focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area Attendants to meet standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assign daily workloads based on occupancy and priorities; coordinate with Front Office and Engineering.
