Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related computer applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong guest service skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in high‑pressure situations.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet cleanliness standards across guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Monitor daily room assignments, productivity, and service levels to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering regarding room status, maintenance needs, and guest requests.
