Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner.
