You will monitor room cleaning progress, conduct audits, train staff, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with front desk and other departments to resolve guest issues.

• Ability to read, understand, and implement brand standards and audits.

Responsabilités

• Train and coach housekeeping staff to meet hotel and brand standards.
• Oversee room cleaning progress and audit rooms for quality.
• Record and manage guest items found, and coordinate lost and found with front desk.
• Organize storage, assist with deliveries, and manage inventory of linens and supplies.
• Report daily inspections and communications to managers.
• Distribute and track keys and communication devices; ensure return at end of day.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve guest issues and support operations.
