Peregrine Hospitality is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to lead and coach the team at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Cape Cod. You will ensure rooms meet brand standards, monitor cleaning progress, and coordinate with the front desk to maintain guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, proficient computer and MS Office abilities, and the ability to work with multiple departments to uphold service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper training and coaching of housekeeping staff to meet hotel and brand standards.
• Ensure housekeeping staff meet minutes per occupied room budgets and respond to leadership requests.
• Oversee room cleaning progress and communicate status to the front desk.
• Audit rooms to ensure standards are met.
• Record forgotten items and coordinate with lost and found/front desk.
• Organize storage rooms, assist with deliveries, supplies, linens and inventory.
• Report daily communications and inspections to managers.
• Distribute and log keys and communication devices; collect them at day end.
• Monitor systems for timely completion of requests.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Report guest issues to management.
• Be a point of contact for guest and staff opportunities.
