Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage schedules for GRAs, General Utility Cleaners, and Inspectors, ensuring floor coverage per occupancy. You will assign trainees for a three-week training period and coordinate with training coordinators to ensure readiness for regular schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping supervisory experience, with LMS and Microsoft Office/Outlook preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience as a GRA or supervisor required.
• LMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedules GRAs, General Utility Cleaners and Inspectors on a daily basis, ensuring floor coverage.
• Hanging extras daily work schedules and taking paperwork to payroll and/or human resources.
• Ensures master schedules are up-to-date with LOAs, vacations, floating holidays, etc.
• Assigns trainees for a three-week training period, coordinating with training coordinators.
• Handles all scheduling related projects per housekeeping director's requests.
• Delivers paperwork to human resources.
• Carries radio for communication purposes.
• Processes bids including classification and promotions.
• Schedules all staff fairly and consistently.
• Updates vacations for all employees and informs housekeeping executive team.
• Performs duties as requested.
