Responsibilities

Supervise guest room attendants, housepersons, and runners on assigned floors, ensuring rooms and hallways meet company standards.
Promote teamwork, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction; use feedback, recognition, training, and adherence to policies.
Inspect daily rooms to ensure sanitation requirements are met and standards are upheld.
Maintain records of repairs, lost items, and quality of work by staff.
Schedule and supervise housekeeping activities on assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to standards.
Report malfunctions or damages to Engineering and initiate work orders as needed.
Lead deep-cleaning projects and participate in staff incentive programs.
Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Marketing, and Guest Services; maintain a professional Nugget image.
