Landry's, LLC. in Las Vegas seeks a Scheduling Supervisor to ensure floor coverage for GRAs, General Utility Cleaners and Inspectors based on hotel occupancy. You will assign trainees for training, maintain master schedules, and adjust for LOAs and holidays.

You will also coordinate with training coordinators on readiness, handle special scheduling requests from housekeeping leadership, and ensure timely paperwork transfers to HR.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience as a GRA or supervisor required.
• LMS experience preferred.
• MS Office including Outlook knowledge preferred.
• Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Mansioni

• Schedules GRAs, General Utility Cleaners and Inspectors on a daily basis, ensuring coverage for each floor.
• Hangs extras daily work schedules and handles paperwork for payroll/HR.
• Keeps master schedules up-to-date with LOAs, vacations and floating holidays.
• Assigns trainees for three weeks of training and coordinates readiness with training coordinators.
• Handles special scheduling projects requested by housekeeping leadership.
• Delivers all paperwork to human resources and maintains communication via radio.
• Processes bids and ensures fair scheduling of staff.
