Golden Nugget Las Vegas is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team, ensure premier cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role supervises supervisors and staff, manages schedules, training, and budgets in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate has extensive housekeeping leadership experience in hotels or resorts, with a hands-on approach and commitment to high standards and guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of hotel housekeeping experience.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a housekeeping environment.
• Experience leading teams in a hotel, resort, casino, or hospitality operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate housekeeping team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping spaces.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality and service standards.
• Coordinate deep-cleaning projects and preventative housekeeping initiatives.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to address guest requests and facility needs.
• Maintain inventory levels of linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Monitor expenses and help manage operating costs within budget guidelines.
• Promote a safe work environment by addressing safety and housekeeping concerns.
• Complete administrative duties, including reports and departmental communications.
• Provide hands-on support as needed and foster a professional work environment.
