The role involves supervising Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housepersons, assigning rooms, inspecting quality, and aligning operations with brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires strong supervisory skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience is required.
• Must convey information clearly and be able to evaluate alternative actions quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must be effective at listening, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct all housekeeping associates in areas of Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson.
• Distribute room assignments to staff based on occupancy and conduct room inspections.
• Prepare associate weekly schedule according to the business forecast, payroll, and budget and productivity requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Adhere to brand standards.
• Manage daily systems to track performance, payroll, time and attendance, and forecasting.
