Naples Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms in our Tampa property, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will clean rooms, restock amenities, sanitize bathrooms, report issues, and support safety protocols while delivering friendly service.

Experience in housekeeping is preferred; flexibility for weekends/holidays and a neat, professional appearance are essential for success and growth within our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms following brand standards.
• Dust, vacuum, disinfect, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean.
• Maintain stocked housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Report room status to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Address maintenance needs and safety procedures as required.
• Greet guests courteously and respond to requests.
• Follow procedures for lost and found items.
• Protect guest and company information and uphold confidentiality.
• Attend safety trainings and maintain professional appearance.
