Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or janitorial experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Experience in hospitality industry or as housekeeping/janitorial preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly service to guests and anticipate needs.
• Complete brand-specific and safety training; follow hotel standards and evacuation procedures.
• Clean and maintain common areas per standards (doors, floors, tables, elevators, pool, etc.).
• Submit any lost or found items to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet guest satisfaction.
