Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, attentive service to guests and respond to inquiries.
• Complete required health and safety training and adhere to brand standards.
• Prepare and clean guest rooms according to hotel standards and safety protocols.
• Identify and report lost and found items promptly to supervision.
• Perform other duties to ensure guest satisfaction.
