Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly Housekeeper/Room Attendant in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will clean and service guest rooms, following executive directions, and contribute to a stellar guest experience.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and comfort with varied shifts. A High-school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least six months of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent with at least six months of hospitality or janitorial experience.
• Proven ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work varied schedules.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; respond promptly; know property location, amenities, and local attractions.
• Complete brand-specific training and health and safety training; adhere to brand standards; knowledge of fire alarm procedures.
• Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning according to hotel standards (beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, etc.).
• Follow lost and found policy and report items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
