Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Hotel Host to deliver welcoming, high-standard guest service across hotel amenities such as the Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den. You will assist with check-in/out and ensure a clean, inviting environment, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Applicants should have hospitality customer service experience, be 18+, and able to work AM/PM shifts including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in hospitality or hotel-related field.
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced guest-facing role.
• Must be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Hotel Host Stand and hotel outlets.
• Support operations across Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den.
• Handle guest check-in/out with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
• Assist with servicing meeting rooms and events as needed.

The Hotel Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.This position is responsible for the complete guest experience; to include the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room and the TV den, guest check in and out and the servicing of the meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.
