Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host in Sterling, VA. This role requires maintaining clean guest rooms and delivering exceptional service to hotel guests in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays and communicate effectively in English.

Ideal applicants will have prior customer service experience in a hotel setting, be 18+, and able to lift up to 20 lbs. This is a full-time, hourly position paid in USD.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests required.
