The Hotel Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering a welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service environment, making guests feel at home while maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting space. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience, including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and good communication skills are required.

The Hyatt Place Experience aims to go beyond simple accommodations, creating rewarding experiences through innovative design, cuisine, and attentive service. Hyatt Place offers a relaxed style with high standards, designed to give guests a new and inspiring hotel experience. As a Hotel Host, you are key to bringing this experience to life.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Desire to satisfy guest needs in a dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 lbs
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
