Job summary

Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in Williamsburg, MI seeks a Hotel Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. You will assist guests with check-in and check-out, handle reservations, and provide courteous service throughout shifts.

The role pays $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with additional $2/hour for Monday–Friday 6 PM–6 AM and $3/hour for weekend shifts. Prior front desk or reservations experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our hotel front desk team. Responsible for assisting guests with check in and check out, handles guest concerns and provides continuous customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
