Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring at the Des Moines Sheraton for a part-time server role. You will greet guests, present menus, take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness, and handle payments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience (server or cashier experience is a plus)
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certified or willing to become certified within 60 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 20 lbs, and stand/walk for the full shift

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage options
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with care and timeliness
• Accurately process guest payments and report tips for tax compliance
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked wait station and handle VIP amenity setups
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures, including coordination with the kitchen
