Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Des Moines area. You will supervise housekeeping associates, coordinate with other departments, and ensure rooms and public areas are spotless and guest-ready.

You will lead by example, coach team members, manage schedules, and assist with supplies while maintaining high standards and a guest-focused culture at the Des Moines Sheraton.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of housekeeping or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and squat.
• Flexible availability – days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations—making sure rooms shine and schedules run smoothly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness, quality, and room status.
• Coach, support, and recognize team members to keep morale high and standards higher.
• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.
