Responsibilities include guest check-in/out, problem solving, and helping train new front desk teammates; the role requires physical stamina and tech-savviness with hotel systems, plus a dedication to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or demonstrated.
• Hospitality or leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech-savvy with hotel systems and devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and be the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with warmth and accuracy.
• Support and train new front desk team members—you’re the friendly coach.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and lobby maintenance.
