Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle calls efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of computers is required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service are expected.

Responsibilities

• Answering and processing all incoming/outgoing guest and in-house calls.
• Provide prompt and courteous switchboard services and take messages when needed.
• Forward messages and faxes to guests and departments as required.
• Answer basic guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Monitor wake-up calls and ensure adherence to hotel policies.
