• Ability to coordinate with multiple hotel departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with PBX, reservations & concierge operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and provide guest information according to hotel standards.
• Enter and dispatch service requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Manage In-Room Dining orders, menus, and dietary needs.
• Coordinate restaurant and hotel reservations and guest bookings.
• Support Concierge with bookings, itineraries and local knowledge.
• Maintain guest profiles and ensure follow-up until issue resolution.
