Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets.
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff.
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
• Responding to and resolving guest concerns.
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly.
• Hotel asset preservation including supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings.
• Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates.
• Ensuring property inspections meet brand standards.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Performing other duties to meet business objectives.
