Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new group sales opportunities to drive hotel revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, associations and event planners.
• Develop and finalize sales agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with catering, banquet, and operations teams for successful events.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and sales presentations for potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
• Maintain accurate records in sales databases and generate performance reports.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and uphold Hyatt and Commonwealth Hotels standards.
