Hyatt Regency Denver Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a top-performing Hotel Group Sales Manager to drive group business and revenue growth across corporate, association, and event accounts. This on-site role reports to Commonwealth Hotels' leadership in a dynamic hospitality market near Denver International Airport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience focused on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest engagement and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new group sales opportunities to drive hotel revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, associations, and event planners.
• Develop and finalize sales agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Work with catering, banquet, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and sales presentations for potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay competitive.
• Maintain accurate records in sales databases and generate sales performance reports.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and uphold Hyatt and Commonwealth Hotels standards.
