Job summary

North Central Group is seeking a Hotel Group Coordinator for the Moxy Madison Downtown to manage group contracts, guest communications, and event logistics. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, contract compliance, and close collaboration with front desk and F&B teams.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with potential for higher rates for experienced candidates. Flexible Monday–Friday availability with some weekends and holidays, on-site at the Madison property.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make daily contact with potential group clients through in-person visits, calls or written correspondence.
• Assist with internet prospecting and hotel brand website opportunities.
• Ensure all group functions adhere to contracts and room blocks are managed as agreed.
• Coordinate with front desk and management on check-in procedures and room assignments for groups.
• Serve as onsite contact for daily and weekly meeting room needs and coordinate with F&B for room refreshes and service.
