NCG Hospitality's Moxy Madison Downtown is seeking a Group & Events Coordinator to manage group bookings from contract to checkout, coordinating meetings, events, and guest experiences. The role emphasizes organization, client liaison, and cross-team collaboration to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

The position requires hotel sales or events experience, familiarity with Marriott systems and Delphi or similar tools, and strong communication skills.

• Hotel sales experience.

• Marriott systems knowledge.
• Delphi or similar sales system experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Two-year degree or equivalent related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all group details to ensure seamless stays.
• Plan and book meetings, social events, and small group functions.
• Work closely with clients to ensure accuracy and flawless execution.
• Partner with Sales, Front Office, and Operations to create guest experiences.
• Prepare banquet event orders, rooming lists, and group resumes.
• Keep contracts, CRM systems, and event details organized and up to date.
• Be a problem solver, relationship builder, and hospitality ambassador daily.
