Aufgaben

• Input group blocks and rooming lists to set up and maintain billing.
• Input delegate lists for group blocks in LMS.
• Set up profiles for individual delegates and group master accounts.
• Establish and maintain communication with Meeting Planners; make necessary changes.
• Fax and email updated copies of rooming lists.
• Determine rooming lists for delegates and assign charges to master accounts; ensure billing profiles match reservations.
• Communicate daily with Sales and Catering regarding tasks to organize group information on arrival/departure.
• Responsible for billing, pulling back up information, verifying postings, creating manual receipts, and directing billing to Accounting.
• Handle disputes, determine accurate charges, and research disputes from Meeting Planners.
