Responsibilities

• Present a clean, professional image to guests and clients.
• Aggressively pursue opportunities for outside customer solicitation and relationship building.
• Receive and respond to inquiries within 4 business hours; negotiate profitable group rooms and catering.
• Maintain records of group room and catering sales activities and transactions.
• Site inspections and entertaining qualified potential clients per policy.
• Document and report sales activities according to hotel standards.
• Develop top accounts and perform tele-prospecting for new business.
• Assist with research and completion of annual business/marketing plans related to group and catering.
