Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a dynamic hospitality sales professional in Toledo to act as a liaison between the Glass City Center and Destination Toledo. You will conduct on-site facility tours for groups and prospects, manage the sales calendar, and drive bookings through contracts and quotes.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and written communication skills, with 1–3 years in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Extremely strong customer service and client interaction skills required.
• Extremely strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail required.
• Excellent business writing, grammar and written communication skills required.
• Minimum of one-three years experience in the hospitality or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, Sports Management or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between the Glass City Center and Destination Toledo (CVB).
• Conducts and facilitates on-site facility tours with CVB, affiliated groups, and LEGENDS sourced prospects seeking to utilize an SMG facility – including prospective lease agreements/clients.
• Maintains the Sales and Marketing scheduling book and calendar for all sales and booking activities.
• Consults with current and prospective clients to sell available dates within a booking window.
• Issues contracts to clients for booking of the facility.
• Prepares and assures full compliance with rental contracts and other agreements.
• Provides quotes on rental rates and assists clients with questions pertaining to rental use of the facility.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves all booking concerns.
• Prepares bid letters and contracts to assist CVB in soliciting conventions and LEGENDS prospects.
• Attends marketing and sales industry meetings, seminars and conferences as needed.
• Communicates and sells the benefits of LEGENDS facilities to prospective clients.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
