Job summary

Winwood Hospitality Group is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead one of our Hilton brand hotels in Raleigh, NC. This hands-on leadership role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and scaling operating practices across the property.

The role offers a base salary of $90,000 plus monthly bonus potential, and demands strong financial acumen, staffing, and a visible leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of progressive hospitality and/or food & beverage leadership experience, including GM roles.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales.
• Drive revenue through occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR goals; manage budgets and costs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; uphold guest experience standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand standards, and financial controls.
