Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field required or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisor role or GM role in hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Control the hotel budget and drive operational efficiency.
• Represent property at ownership meetings and build stakeholder relationships.
• Motivate staff, provide performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork.
