Job summary

Atira Hotels is seeking a General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Stevensville location. You will oversee all hotel operations, drive profitability, and maintain brand standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Lead multiple departments, manage annual budgets, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with safety and franchise requirements while building strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in the hotel hospitality field.
• 5–10 years of hotel managerial experience, with 2–5 years as General Manager in a full-service or upper mid-scale property.
• Alcohol awareness certification; General Manager certification as required by franchise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance to drive revenue and profitability.
• Create and monitor the annual budget to meet targets.
• Set performance goals and develop team members.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee HR functions including interviewing, training, coaching and discipline.
• Coordinate operations across housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, and sales.
• Develop local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and policy communication.
• Maintain brand standards and protect hotel assets.
