Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Valparaiso, Indiana. The RGM will be responsible for daily operations of a single restaurant with 10–45 employees, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role leads the restaurant management team, overseeing financial controls, operations, people development, and compliance across shifts. Must be able to work long and irregular hours as needed and interact with various teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required; college is preferred.
• Completion of internal certification programs is expected.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and profitability impact.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees).
• Oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers.
• Coordinate with DM, customers, field operations, and outside vendors.
