This executive role oversees front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and administrative functions, partners with leadership, and ensures safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of hotel or guest-service leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to all hotel departments to align with goals.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team via coaching and clear expectations.
• Oversee financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Lead marketing and revenue strategies to strengthen market position.
• Ensure guest experience excellence and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and brand standards.
