Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a General Manager for the 86-room TownePlace Suites in Lubbock, TX. The GM will oversee operations, guest satisfaction, HR, and financial performance while driving revenue and market share.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hotel leadership with proven results at major brands, strong P&L/budgeting skills, and familiarity with FOSSE, StayPMS and MGS. English proficiency and integrity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel leadership experience.
• Impeccable results with Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brands.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L review, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Working knowledge of FOSSE, StayPMS and MGS.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• English reading/writing and verbal proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all property operations and guest/employee satisfaction.
• Implement brand service strategy and initiatives to boost profit and market share.
• Guide development of the property leadership team and staff.
• Ensure sales engines are leveraged and owner relationships maintained.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and with owners.
