You’ll own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy while building a high-performing team through coaching and accountability.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step).
• Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance.
• A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full hotel operation with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
• Lead, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams to deliver exceptional stays.
