ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will shape the guest experience, develop outstanding talent, and steer a high-performing team across every department.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with brand standards, manage budgets, and partner with ownership and vendors to maximize occupancy and profit while maintaining safety and service excellence.

Qualificações

• Previous General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience with full operational responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial management, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
