Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations on-site and drive top-line performance. You will oversee all daily activities, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while delivering GOP improvements against budget, last year, and comp sets.

The role requires 2-5 years of GM experience, strong leadership, and HR awareness. English fluency is required; Spanish bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of General Manager experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Familiar with local, state, and federal employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel according to the business plan and budget, focusing on room sales.
• Deliver consistent sales growth and revenue performance.
• Partner with Revenue Manager to optimize rates and pricing.
• Lead, train, and hold team members accountable to standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and brand requirements.
