Heritage Hospitality Partners is seeking a Hotel General Manager for a full-time, on-site leadership role in Mercer, PA. You will oversee all daily hotel operations, from front desk to rooms, F&B, and maintenance, ensuring top guest satisfaction and brand compliance.

You will lead multi-department teams, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to oversee multi-department hotel operations and align with ownership objectives.
• Track record of elevating guest satisfaction and handling escalations professionally.
• Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization experience.
• Leadership experience at GM or senior hotel level in select-service, full-service, or upscale properties.
• Strong people leadership including coaching, performance management, and inclusive leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficient with hotel systems and office software.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in hospitality management or related field, or equivalent experience.
