LBA Hospitality in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, and to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop associates, manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.

Requires 3+ years hotel management with budget responsibility and 5+ years supervising 15+ staff; Hilton/Marriott experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience with budget responsibility.
• 5+ years of supervising 15+ associates.
• Hilton or Marriott experience preferred; strong leadership and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hotel associates.
• Maintain staffing levels and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and manage budgets, expenses, payroll, and controls.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, regulations, and safety.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and purchasing.
