Janus Hotels & Resorts in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the Element Chandler Fashion Center, a Marriott extended‑stay hotel. The GM will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development, while maintaining brand standards and asset integrity in a dynamic market.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in revenue management and operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of Hotel General Manager experience.
• Marriott experience strongly preferred.
• Extended-stay hotel experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading hotel operations, financial performance, and team development.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor controls, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for all hotel operations and guest service.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Partner with revenue management to optimize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, and asset condition through proactive oversight.
