Janus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the Element Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ. You will lead the housekeeping department to uphold Marriott brand standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry, while driving cost control and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hotel housekeeping leadership experience, Marriott knowledge, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Minimum hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Marriott housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct housekeeping operations to Marriott brand standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Monitor CPOR, productivity, scheduling, overtime, and labor targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff and supervisors.
