Echo Suites Chandler is seeking a General Manager to lead and own the success of the property in Chandler, AZ.

The GM will strategize, motivate teams, ensure brand standards, and report weekly on performance, while developing talent and promoting growth within Sandpiper Hospitality's extended stay

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Management role in the Hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full Property Oversight: assume complete operational responsibility for the hotel, ensuring all aspects of the property run efficiently.
• Drive Financial Results: develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets, including P&L management and budget control.
• Lead & Coach the Team: manage, supervise, coach, and motivate the entire hotel staff; maintain weekly schedules and deliver performances.
• Quality & Guest Experience: ensure the highest standards of customer service and uphold brand standards across the property.
• Corporate Alignment: complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls to align with goals.
