Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for a high-guest-service hotel in Navarre, Florida. You will lead the property’s operations, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize revenue while controlling costs. You will partner with department leaders to implement strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive hotel management experience, and a track record of achieving financial targets. Marriott experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience.
• Marriott experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plans and implements hotel policies and goals.
• Directs Sales, Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to improve efficiency.
• Prepares annual budgets with department heads for smooth operations and financial goals.
• Provides monthly P&L analysis, forecasts, and STR reporting.
• Monitors sales and revenues to assess variance and goal achievement.
• Develops and executes comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive revenue.
• Ensures brand standards and guest satisfaction are met.
• Hires, leads, and develops staff to reach their full potential.
