Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in hospitality or related field
• Proven leadership with hotel revenue growth and guest satisfaction (GSS)
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, and P&L responsibility
• Ability to build professional references within hospitality
• Organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, energetic with a track record of success
• Ability to drive GOP, flow-through and NOI per key

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel staff with strong, positive leadership.
• Recruit, train, and manage department heads and staff; set performance expectations.
